Learn to SAIL at Bayview Yacht Club this summer!

BYC has America’s Cup racers, sailing World Champions, and is home to some of the best sailing in the country. Let Bayview Yacht Club teach you how to sail and learn a hobby that will last a lifetime. Bayview Yacht Club offers tailored instruction for students of all abilities. Novice to intermediate to advanced students are all welcome. Bayview’s six-week class sessions are taught by experienced instructors on Ultimate 20’s -- a very stable, yet responsive sailboat. You will also be able to enjoy the BYC restaurant and club house facilities after each class. Additionally, you will be encouraged to participate in week night and Saturday Races.

Adult Learn to Race

Refine your Sailing Skills! BYC Adult Learn to Race Sailing Course (ALTR)

If you know how to sail and wish to take it to the next level, this is the perfect chance and the perfect place. The Bayview Yacht Club Adult Learn to Race Course connects a world-class sailing club (BYC) with a well-organized on-the-water learning experience. (ALTR) The program meets weekly and is designed to make sailing more fun by making you a higher skilled racer utilizing Bayview owned Ultimate 20 fleet. The program totals 6 lessons 2-2.5 hours in length and includes your own ALTR Regatta and a weeknight fleet race on a J111 race boat. ALTR Course capped at 12 students per session. You will also be able to enjoy the BYC restaurant and club house facilities after each class.
